With our gift of the intelligent mind, we misuse the power
use it as a knife that cuts the schism and bleeds the essence - life.
But with it too we will eventually die.
And for what? What is the purpose? Can it really be worth the consequences?
And for what? Tell me what is the purpose of our selfish indulgence?
Turn away from the path of destruction.
If there is a minute left for change we must then turn away from the path of destruction.

The price is paid - irreversible decay.
Mankind's stain wiped away so that life can remain.
Payment for our crimes - witness the decline.

Mass producing our chemical dependency then killing the junkies ever so slowly.

A song similar those of Skyclad we performed two days before, and Sabbath's Children of the sea, showing us that the way we follow is the path of destruction and wondering if there is any hope left for reversing the stream.

Not one more tribe "civilized" for the lust of money.
Not one more species forced extinct to to fill the pockets of the scum
who would turn something so majestic into just another slum.

No, the greedy bastard will not be satisfied
until every tree has been cut down and every animal has died.

Before every inch of forest is covered with concrete
extreme measures must be taken so let's fuck up their machines!

Every dozer that we get costs them thousands to replace.
Every truck that gets fucked up is another loss that they must take.
When the logging road is blockaded, the fuckers can't get there
and when the trees have all been spiked the message sent is clear.

But the spirit of the wilds lives lives on yearning for the day
when we rid the land of those scheme to lay nature to waste.

Are there no alternatives to useless animal slaughter?
You choose to ignore them, like you ignore you conscience.

Can't say you care about people, can't say you care about anything,
What do you think you're doing? Pumping money into the meat industry?
Every single dollar, is a nail in a coffin.
You pay for starvation of entire populations.

You say "Other animals do it, therefore it's perfectly natural"
Take a tour of a slaughterhouse, tell me how you feel, once you see that it's a living hell.
The useless waste of precious life is anything but natural.

A song that accuses all people that eat meat. Personally we don’t support extreme vegetarians, but they have many points that we must take into account. First of all, as primates we are, meat isn’t our basic food, it is complementary in a basic diet of vegetative food. But the opposite happens: we see that meat is considered first class food, no matter the numerous diseases caused by this mistake (heart attack, stroke, cancer, fat, etc.) Also a meat-based food demands huge lands for animal foodstuff cultivation and grazing, especially in poor countries, owned by multinational corporations and ranchers, usually deforested or stolen with violent means from indigenous people by destroying their traditional agriculture and social network. All these fields would produce much more food if they are used for agriculture, so many social problems like starvation would be reduced.

So, our opinion is that vegetative food must be the main human diet and small scale stockbreeding and meat must reduced to secondary and complementary food.
